Sure, there's a lot more details to consider when launching your signature, high-ticket premium program (honestly, details can feel endless), but…

I don't know about you, sometimes, I'm like, “give me the basic recipe, I'll figure the rest out as I go”.

The simple list of activities listed below, will help you plan a fantastic first launch.

And it's exactly the proven roadmap that I shared with so many of our clients who wanted to do their first high-ticket group program launch to exceed $100,000… or $500,000+ (read/listen to their stories here)

 

My advice?

Use this outline, but make your launch your OWN.

We all have different strengths.

So more of the one activity, VS the other, based on what you do best.

That's how you create success that will feel powerfully satisfying.

Walk as yourself, always.

I've divided the timeline in power nurture weeks (the weeks leading up to promo and launch), promo weeks, launch week, the high-ticket sales call part of your launch, and REST (yep, we're planning it in!). 



1. POWER NURTURE WEEKS TO-DO: 

 

  • Show up daily with incredible content 
  • Pinpoint potential leads and start nurturing them (DM's, liking + sharing their stuff etc.)
  • Schedule your launch:

     

    • The start date of your program 
    • Rest week 
    • Cart Open Weeks – schedule blocks of sales calls 
    • Your Live Launch Trigger Week – schedule the times you go live and time to write a reminder email and a recap email every day 
    • Promo Weeks
    • Power Nurture Weeks
  • Reach out to people who have a similar audience, but a different offer and line up visibility opportunities for during your promo weeks (shared FB lives, guest email/blog post, guest teaching in their communities), get it scheduled and confirmed
  • Decide on Fast Action Bonus
  • Decide on Early Bird (Optional)
  • Choose a topic (and create the content) for your live launch trigger
  • Line up your assets:

 

PRE-LAUNCH: 

 

  • Thank-You Page for Free Challenge with Invite to Free Group 
  • Confirmation email with Invite to Free Group 
  • 1-3 Nurture Emails for getting to know you and your work 
  • Reminder email #1 (24 hours before you go live) 
  • Reminder email #2 (1 hr before you go live) 
  • Free group, banner, guidelines, welcome video pinned to top

 


LAUNCH:

 

  • Create (or outsource) Sales Page for Premium Program /Google Doc with Invite to Apply – so that it's all done before you go into your promo weeks for your live launch trigger
  • Create (or outsource) promotional Graphics for Social Media (Free Challenge, The Premium Program Itself) 
  • Pre-write 7 Launch Emails (you can spontaneously add more on the fly) 
  • Create a Sales Call Link in Acuity (Think About Length, How Much Buffer in Between?)

POST-LAUNCH: 

 

  • Welcome Email for New Clients 
  • Contract for Premium Group Program 
  • Open up FB group for program, banner, guidelines, welcome video pinned to top
  • Record + Upload Bonus Training (Welcome Gift!)

2. PROMO WEEKS TO-DO'S  

 

  • Pick clothes + jewelry for all challenge days and visibility opportunities 
  • Update your background, if needed 
  • Be active on social media multiple times a day (posts, IGTV, stories, lives)
  • Make inviting potential clients to your free experience your main CTA 
  • Fulfill your visibility opportunities (being in front of other people's audiences) 
  • Continue to reach out to your email list to create excitement and invite 
  • Welcome people into the FB group, engage, comment, tag (make them feel seen) 
  • Create a basic outline for your pitch on day #5 of your challenge 
  • Rehearse your pitch a few times in front of one or more people 
  • Do a check of the sales call link (and slots available), the sales page itself, and everything you need to get ready to welcome people into your premium program (contracts, community, welcome email, etc.) 

 

3. LAUNCH WEEK TO-DO'S 

 

  • Show up for your training series, webinar, challenge (whatever you have scheduled) 
  • Drop lots of hints regarding your offer during the lives leading up to pitch day 
  • Do your pitch on the final day of your challenge, or training series
  • Write and send out the reminder and recap emails 
  • Do a final check of the sales call link (and slots available), the sales page itself, and everything you need to get ready to welcome people into your program (contracts, community, welcome email etc.) 
  • Be SUPER visible on social media (as visible as you can) 
  • Take excellent care of yourself (extra output goes hand in hand with extra input) 

 

 

4. SALES CALL WEEKS 

 

  • Drip out your launch emails (turn up the dial (or down) whenever you want) 
  • Continue to share lots of credibility-building content and personal stories (email + social) 
  • Show up for sales calls 
  • Do outreach and follow up 
  • Check-in with your team (how are they, do you need anything?) 

 

 

5. REST WEEK 

 

  • REST (refuel in whatever way you do that) 
  • Tie up loose ends 
  • Show up a few times in the premium program FB group
  • Finalize last-minute sales via DM 
  • Check-in with your team (is everything ready to go?) 
  • Check-in with your curriculum schedule for last-minute changes (if needed) 
  • Say thank you to everyone who supported you 
  • Celebrate!
