In 2021 I called in multiple 7-figures in cash, with one, high-ticket (premium coaching) offer.
And I did it by following a simple recipe, or rather, adagio:
Do what works.
Do it even better.
Do more of it.
Do it with love.
Only **THEN** add new strategies, and team members, etc.
Since then, I've changed my business model, and I sell different things at different price points because I love selling and marketing and getting creative, but premium coaching is where it all started.
It is possible.
And quite honestly, during the first 2 years of my 3rd child's life (at home with all little ones because of COVID) it HAD to be this simple.
So, how did I keep it so effortlessly easeful (not so effortless, designing with simplicity in mind requires tremendous discipline to say no to almost everyone and everything)?
When building my premium coaching business to multiple 7 figures, I kept 5 things in mind:
Do what works
There's a lot of things we do every day as premium coaching business owners, and only a select few activities actually translate into the majority of income and impact (the 80/20 rule!).
I started tracking and analyzing what pays off.
And I started cutting what I thought was contributing but wasn't.
From offers, to team members to partnerships.
I pruned it back to strengthen truly profitable activities.
And it worked.
Do it even better
After I cut back what wasn't contributing?
I had time to **REFINE** those strategies that turned out to be keepers.
I optimized everything from what questions we ask in application forms, to engagement strategies for my free community, to adding hundreds of beautiful resources to our program's membership site, dazzling our clients with everything they need, at their fingertips.
Clients started getting even better results. Our free community became a thriving hub that people love. And our process of becoming a client became almost hands-off for me.
Exquisite.
That's the word I had in mind for all of these things.
Do more of it
One other strategy I decided was a keeper is Podcast guesting.
Every time I open my mouth, I call in new, incredible clients.
So we doubled down on pitching.
Because I have time to optimize the things that I do decide to keep, I'm constantly refining how I infuse interviews with stories of how I help my clients, add personality and how I pitch the lead magnet towards the end.
And yes, because of that we now have podcast interviews that translate into hundreds of new, engaged subscribers to my list and new folks in my free community.
Do it with love
Simplicity affords excellence.
And like many high-end brands, my intention is always to create exquisite experiences, with deliberate detail, nothing more (or less) than it needs to be.
For example…
Because I don't “bleed” my attention in every direction, and give people access to me only in ways that work for me, my presence on calls is switched on, inspiring and entertaining.
THEN, add new strategies
Service providers and consultants are DEEPLY excited to work with our company.
And here's why:
When we come to them, we're requesting help in adding on, to make things even better, we're not expecting them to “save us”.
We've done away with rushed timelines, and needing to see proof (that this works) immediately to feel safe in our investment. We have time to iterate, optimize and refine, together.
That abundance mindset helps the people who support our brand, create their best work (SURPRISE! lol), and take everything we do, to a whole other level.
