We have a full-time CFO

At this point, we're well over 4 years into working with a financial mentor who specializes in Profit First for online business owners (her name is Amber Dugger, check her out!), and we meet her once a month.


Keith (said CFO) and I meet for a couple of short check-ins a week. (over and above the monthly finance meeting)

 

Below, find the blueprint I created for myself. 

 

It's based on what I find helpful to know about my numbers, and helps me make way more! 

 

No, I'm not a numbers person (except when I'm counting my money), and I'm not qualified to give financial advice. And yes, there's more to our financial tracking than what you see below. 

 

But this is how I get to a really financially empowered place every month!

Two things:

 

One, no matter how much money is coming in right now, keep on practicing exquisite financial practices! Like I said, it makes money GROW!
